Sleep Disorders - Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome

Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome is a sleep disorder that affects hundreds of millions of people around the world. It prevents people from getting to sleep at a "normal" time so that they're tired all day, and the next night, they still can't fall asleep until very late. If allowed, they would sleep most of the day and be perfectly happy, but that doesn't fit in with other family member's lives. It's a constant struggle, like pushing a rock up a hill. You never get ahead.
